TEEN THEATRE
Our Teen Theatre Workshop can be run as one day or two days workshops. Participants will explore improvisation games, techniques, and concepts in a fun, supportive environment. Encouragement focusses on spontaneity, creativity, playfulness, and imagination, whilst developing valuable confidence and interpersonal skills.
Day 1: Ensemble Building exercises to strengthen team building and encourage positivity as well as enhance listening and reacting skills. Using Spolin activities, participants will work on Yes…And, short form games, long form structures, and character exploration.
Day 2: Taking character development further and story telling techniques, our ensemble will progress into writing a short script and mini-theatre production.
